Disassemble before washing; hand wash in warm soapy water or dishwasher (top rack only)

To disassemble:

Pull plastic straw and silicone straw from bottom of lid.
Pull plastic straw and silicone straw apart

To re-assemble:

Push plastic straw into silicone straw.
 Pull silicone straw through top of lid
